Please do not send us any unsolicited ideas for new products without a signed non-disclosure/non-compete document signed (that we will provide) if we do wish to discuss a new item. We consistently are working on new products and there may similarities. If you send any unsolicited product ideas they become the property (with all rights) of Felknor Ventures llc.  Please call Frank directly to inquire but do not disclose any details until proper documents are completed.

Shipping    All Product is FOB Knoxville, TN 37932  shipped in Master Carton quantities only with labels attached. We ship with UPS, Fed EX, and work daily with major freight companies. We can assist you and obtaining a quote on large shipments.

International Ordering At this time, manufacturer policies restrict us from fulfilling orders for current model products to shipping addresses outside of the United States and its territories. As a result, we do not have the authority to service international customers with current model products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policies Most items can not be returned. Items will not be accepted without prior notice and an RA Number.  Only items purchased directly from Felknor Ventures are eligible for return and then only in limited circumstances.  All items we agree to accept must be returned in new condition unless damaged during shipping.  Return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Payment and Terms You may apply for an open account with us anytime and with approved credit.  We will grant net 30 day terms. We also accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please call us with questions and to request a new customer kit. You may also download a credit application here.

If paying by Check or Money Orders without an approved open account, payment must be received and processed before shipment.  Please allow 7 business days for the check to process. * No C.O.D's Accepted *
